Disposition, Metabolism, and Toxicokinetic Studies

Complete dosimetry of a chemical or physical agent describes its absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion in the body in both humans and test animals at differing levels of exposure, over all ages, via several routes of exposure, and under varying genetic backgrounds.
