We are asking people to register to present oral public statements. Requests to present oral statements during the meeting will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis as time permits. You will be contacted to confirm your registration and to receive logistical details about your presentation.

  • Meeting dates are Thursday, September 11 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. and Friday, September 12 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. EDT.
    Note: Meetings may end sooner or last longer.
  • The deadline for oral public statements registration is September 3, 2025.
