Nominate a Substance

NTP encourages broad participation from interested parties in nominations to list a new substance in the Report on Carcinogens, reclassify the listing status of a substance already listed, or remove a listed substance from the RoC.

You can nominate a substance, an agent, a mixture, or an exposure circumstance for inclusion or exclusion using our online form.

Please include the rationale for evaluating and reviewing the nominated substance and any information supporting that rationale, such as:

  • Journal articles
  • NTP technical reports
  • IARC listings
  • Exposure surveys
  • Release inventories
  • Unpublished data
